BY MAIL:

• Supplied photographs should be 8" x 10" or smaller.
• Do not send negatives.
• Photographs can be ordered in black & white or color. We will convert color images to black & white upon request.
• The colors and tones of the photos may vary slightly when reduced.
• We will crop all photographs around the face/featured item unless otherwise specified.
• Simple backgrounds, faces without hats or glasses will reproduce into better/clearer looking charms
• All pieces are hand and customade. Please indicate length and size of necklace or bracelet.
• When ordering more than one item, place your photographs/memorabilia in separate envelopes. Be sure to write your name, telephone number, and item number on each envelope
• Place all materials in a envelope, protected with cardboard, and mail it to ROMERO DESIGNS.
• All originals will be returned when orders are filled. As we cannot be responsible for original prints that are lost in the mail, we recommend you send duplicate photographs.
• Please allow approximately two weeks for delivery.
• We are always willing to meet special deadlines.
